Why I Chose Warp Speed Fat Loss

September 22nd, 2008

I had been an athlete all of my life, but when I hit that magic age of 40, I decided that being athletic was not going to cut it any more.  I had gotten by for all of my life without any special diets or work out regimens.  I had stayed somewhat physically fit by staying active and playing sports, but not with any sort of a plan.  That all changed when I turned 40.  I realized that my days of competitive sports were over, and if I didn’t make a committment, I would be adding body fat(I had actually already started to).  There are many reasons for staying physically fit, but I am most concerned about health.  With a history of debilitating disease in my family, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, and arthritis, I learned that the best ways to, hopefully, avoid them is through physical fitness and proper supplementation(vitamins).

My first step to regaining my physical fitness was to research the best programs that were available.  I had seen the commercials for NutriSystem, Weight Watchers, etc., but they all had recurring, monthly fees and they didn’t target their weight loss to fat loss.  What made them even more expensive is the special foods that they “recommend” to help you lose weight, and keep it off.

I found Warp Speed Fat Loss by researching on the internet.  Yes there is an initial fee to get access to the program, but there are no ongoing fees or special foods that need to be purchased.  Plus, Warp Speed Fat Loss, gave me a jump start my conditioning and fat loss by losing all of the fat that I needed to in the first 28 days.  After the initial 28 days, I could tailor my own program with what I had learned to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and my physical fitness.

I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I have made some great lifestyle changes through the education that it provided me.  I feel that I have greatly increased my chances at long term physical fitness through Warp Speed Fat Loss.

If you are looking to change to a more healthy lifestyle, I would recommend looking at this program.  You can go HERE for more information.

Lose Fat At Warp Speed

September 18th, 2008

Do you have between 5 and 25 pounds of fat to lose, but can’t seem to find an easy way to do it? Did you notice that it says lose fat, not weight. This program was designed to allow you to keep your muscle mass and only lose fat. Are your workouts and diet not leading to a leaner, stronger body? The Warp Speed Fat Loss Program was designed for you. But, with all of the weight loss and diet programs available, does this program actually work. Well, in short, YES.

This program was designed by Alwyn Cosgrove, owner of Results Fitness in Santa Clarita, CA and one of the most in-demand and exciting coaches, writers and speakers in the fitness industry today and Mike Roussell, a nutrition wizard studying to get his PhD in Nutrition at Pennsylvania State University in one of the top cardiovascular nutrition research labs in the country. What they have done is take the thinking away with a 28 day, diet, targeting cardio, and weight training program. The program is very easily laid out so that anyone can follow it. On day one, eat these foods and do these exercises in this order. All 28 days are laid out in this fashion so it can’t be any easier to follow.

The results that you will see are tremndous. Not only will you lose weight, up to 21 pounds in 28 days, but this is fat loss, not muscle. If you follow the program as it is designed, and it is not as difficult as you might think, you will lose fat. The “Targeted Fat Loss Cardio” portion of the exercise program is worth the cost alone.

I highly recommend this program for anyone who is seriously looking to lose fat. Click HERE to see more about the program.

How To Lose Weight Fast Without Spending Endless Hours Exercising - Warp Speed Fat Loss Review

September 12th, 2008

First off, Warp Speed Fat Loss is a very cool concept. The idea that you have in your hands the exact step by step rapid weight loss blueprint that can help you lose 8lbs in the first week and up to 21lbs in just 28 days is very exciting.

Warp Speed Fat Loss is broken up into two main parts - diet and training. The good thing is, you can be a complete idiot in both areas and still lose a boatload of weight since everything is laid out for you.

In regard to the diet. It is put together by nutritionist and fat loss master Mike Roussell. Mike has created a ton of different “diet levels” so all you need to do is:1) Know your body weight and 2) Print out the 28 day diet plan for that body weight. If you don’t like the foods Mike picked out, that is okay as he made some really easy to follow videos that show you how to add your favorite foods to his diets.

The training part of Warp Speed Fat Loss isn’t a walk in the park; but if anyone told you that you could lose 20lbs of fat in just 4 weeks without a solid exercise program they’d be telling you lies. It isn’t like you have to spend your whole day in the gym either as each of the workouts are over in less than 57 minutes.

The Warp Speed Fat Loss program has already given hundreds of people results were nothing short of phenomenal. If you are looking for a brain dead, simple, guaranteed way to lose weight fast then definitely check out Warp Speed Fat Loss. You can pick up your copy of Warp Speed Fat Loss HERE.

How do i get a flat stomach and loss fat on my lags?

August 13th, 2009

okay i know i’m fat and i want to do something about it. I want to get abs and loss the fat on my legs but how do i do it? what exercises will help me? i know to stop drinking soda and drink water, i’m already doing that. I just need a few tips and exercises to get started i want to get into a bikinii by the end of this summer. but i don’t want to take pills or anything (gross)

I agree with the former!
You need to work up your heart beat
through cardio..
Which can include bycicling!
Running, swimming laps and so on!
Crunches are no good until
the layer of fat over your stomach has decreased, because then you just get muscle under your fat and you then push it out more!
Cardio, cardio!
Switching up work out works best and increasing the difficulty so that it is always challenging is a must!
Eat well, lots of protein, fiber and don’t foget those dreaded carbohydrytes. Just have a balanced diet! and make sure you burn more than you eat!
There is a calorie counter that will help you do the job even recommend work outs and give you ideas!

How Do You Lose Belly Fat Without Buying Or Dieting ?

August 11th, 2009

I`m 106 pounds and I`m only 10.I want to lose fat and also want to lose alot of belly fat.I dont want to buy stuff or go to a special place or not eating alot.I only eat breakfast a little snack a lunch (sometimes) and supper I eat whatever my mom makes. And I dont know what kind of exercise I should do or anything. Please , Please , Please HELP !!!!

Stomach fat is not something you can specifically target. You need to lose overall body fat, and the stomach is the last to go. It sounds to me like you shouldn’t be worrying if you’re only 10 years old. Just try to keep active (play sports) and you might even want to eat more (eating so little at your age will screw up your metabolize and perhaps harm your growth).

What should I be careful about when buying fat loss supplements?

August 11th, 2009

I am going to start going to the gym after a year of absence, and I want to lose the weight I gained fast. I’ll buy supplements like proteins, vitamins etc. I’ll also buy fat loss supplements, but as I’ve never bought these before, I don’t know which ones to get.
I’ve heard that the ones with Ephedra are quite harmful if you have heart condition.

You should be careful and make sure you buy your stuff off a good website because you know you will be alright then. I usually buy my stuff off www.ProteinPantry.com, they have a wide choice and everything on the site is legit and not harmful.

Is running truly the best fat loss exercise?

August 5th, 2009

Is running a superior method of fat loss to all exercises or is something like kickboxing better?

Running is one of the best because it incorporates your entire body, if you have bad joints swimming is a good alternative. Another important thing is that muscle burns more than fat so if you can gain a little muscle your body will naturally be burning more calories even as you sleep. You should find and exercise you enjoy so you will do it often. If you hate running it probably isn’t the best option for you. Try playing a sport you once enjoyed or get a group of friends to go and exercise with you something to make it fun. Tae bo and kick boxing are also major calorie burners. Good Luck!

Do people lose fat as they become older?

August 3rd, 2009

I’ve heard people talking about how much someone lost baby fat and stuff. So what is baby fat and where is baby fat found and between what ages do you lose it? How do you notice and stuff like that? Does loosing baby fat really change how a person looks?

Answers are appreciated.

well you see little kids around, they tend to be a little chubby (not unhealthy looking, but you can tell there is some fat)
then they hit puberty and the body uses the fat stores and thats when the cheek bones become more prominent, and the body lengthens and thins out.

what are the basics of working out to lose fat? how do i start?

August 1st, 2009

I used to workout and lost some fat but i gained like 2/3 of it back. i want to start again and lose it for good. how can i start up again?

You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don’t eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you’ll need added potassium). Keep the calories high and the fat percentage high, at least 65% of calories. Adding in green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.

Your body won’t release fat stores if you lower calories below what it needs. It will slow your metabolism to compensate and store every spare ounce as fat. If you continue lowering your calories, it will continue lowering that set point, til you can survive off nothing and store fat on anything. The body will only release it’s fat stores if it knows there is plenty of food.

Eating carbs while trying to lose body fat is terribly inefficient. When in glycolysis (burning glucose as fuel) you have to lower your calories (which slows your metabolism) and exercise heavily to deplete your glycogen stores before burning body fat.

The core of the Atkins program is converting your body from glycolysis (burning glucose as fuel) to ketosis (burning fat as fuel). You need to keep your fat levels at >65% of your calories, if you don’t your body will still remain in glycolysis by converting 58% of excess protein into glucose (via gluconeogenesis).

It takes minimum of 3 days to convert your body to ketosis, (but only one bite to convert back to glycosis) you will probably feel sluggish the first week but most people feel better than ever thereafter.

Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) triggers insulin which can store the calories you eat into fat. The more protein you eat the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate you eat the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released.

Simple carbs are addictive and can be disastrous to our health. The best way to break the addiction is NO carbs for 3 days. Make a huge batch of deviled eggs and eat one every time you want "something" have huge omelets for breakfast, with bacon, a lil onion, peppers, mushrooms & cheese. Pork chops for lunch. Get pork rinds and eat them with tuna salad. Steak for dinner. Make a huge sugar free cheese cake for dessert. Eat so much you won’t feel deprived of anything. By the fourth day, your addiction will be gone and you can start making healthy choices.

High insulin levels promote inflammation, weight gain, hunger and unbalance other hormones. Controlling your insulin level will balance out other hormones & allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so you will gain lean muscle even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase your muscle mass with high HGH levels.

Ground flax seed (2 Tbsp) 1/4 cup of water, cinnamon, artificial sweetener, mix in a raw egg - let sit 10 min to absorb liquid, put some cream cheese in the middle and nuke for 1.5 min. for hot cereal or 2 min. for more of a muffin type thing. Great low carb, high fiber treat. Suggested for daily fiber needs.

The first 2 weeks you can have several cups a day of (mostly) lettuce and celery, cucumbers, radishes, mushrooms, peppers and more variety of vegetables thereafter add 5 grams per day additional (20 grams day first 2 weeks, 25grams 3rd week, 30grams 4th week etc) every week til you gain weight, then you subtract 10 carbs. That would give you your personal carb level (everyone is different and it depends on how active you are.) As long as you remain <9 carbs per hour, you will maintain insulin control, and shouldn’t gain weight.

Many people gain weight on high carb, then switch to low carb to lose weight & then are shocked when they return to high carb that they gain weight. Many people can return to moderate carb levels but very few can really eat all they want of sugar and maintain weight or health.

Dr.Atkins was a cardiologist, low carb was a health plan easier sold as a "diet" Read any of his books for easily understandable science. Normalizing blood pressure, blood sugar, insulin, cholesterol, triglyercerides and hormone levels are all bonus features of doing a low carb way of eating. Lutz "Life without Bread" & Taubes "Good calories, Bad calories" are excellent books that dispel all the nutrition myths.

Reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass will have you in awesome shape in no time. Good luck!

What are safe effective ways to lose belly fat?

July 30th, 2009

I am not overweight i just have more belly fat then i want and i want to lose it fast, what are some things to make it go away?

Unfortunately, there is no way to "spot lose" fat. You can gain stomach muscles by doing crunches but if you diet or do cardiovascular workouts, like jogging, it will lower the fat percentage of your entire body, which wouldn’t of course be a bad thing. The best advice I can give you is to eat better so you will automatically lose some body fat and then do some sit ups and crunches to get those muscles showing so your belly will look flatter and firmer.
